Regarding my all teeth unhealthy

"I've been having issues with my gums lately. They're [swollen/bleeding/tender/receding], and I sometimes feel [pain/sensitivity/itchiness] around my teeth. It started about [insert time frame], and I’ve noticed [any changes like bad breath, loose teeth, or pus]. I brush and floss [insert frequency], but it doesn’t seem to help. Could you please check if it’s gingivitis or something more serious

Hello, Only brushing and flossing doesn't provide the thorough dental care your teeth need. According to your symptoms, it does seem like gingivitis progressing to periodontitis. Kindly provide images for more clarification.
Next Steps
Visit a local dentist/ periodontist (gum specialist) for better evaluation. Get an OPG (X-ray) done for better diagnosis. Get a routine blood investigation done to rule out any medical issues
Health Tips
Try lukewarm salt water rinses Use a gum astringent to massage your gums

Hello, being a Periodontist I would suggest you to visit the clinic once and get checkup done, based on your symptoms it is unclear about the level of your gum infection Bleeding gums is the sign of underlying infection but it's severity can be measured by thorough examination of your gums
Next Steps
Get yourself checked and basic treatment would be scaling and others can be confirmed after examination
Health Tips
To avoid these kind of infections you should make sure that you would do mouth rinses after every meal intake

You need to get it checked preferably by a Periodontist ( gum specialist) . Sometimes deep cleaning of gums followed by laser therapy is quite effective in treating gum health followed by maintainance phase. However advanced bone loss  and periodontitis ( advance form of gingivitis) can sometimes require flap surgery too . So it's better to get it checked up soon . Dental professional cleaning as well as gum cleaning is very necessary at least once a year in most of the individual to maintain your overall oral health.
