Regarding menstrual cup

I'm using menstrual cup for 3 months , i have experienced low urine flow when cup is inside. Last time it stoped my urine to come out completely when cup was inside so I imediately removed that and then I can urinate normally. Should I stop using cup completely? Or this observation is normal with the cup use?
