Regarding low grade temp

I have low grade temperature between 97.2 to 97.8 in armpit for the last 5 days...I did take antibiotics and paracetamol. But still I feel warm when I touch my hand on my skin.. I got Covid tested 3days back and it was negative Could you please advise

It's Subjective feeling of fever. There are multiple causative factors for the same and Basic mechanism behind this is  electrolyte imbalance (Sodium, Potassium, Chloride , etc..)
