Intrauterine insemination needs ovulation. so initially will be given ovulation induction drugs that will be one consultation letter on you need to do a follicular monitoring and tell your follicles go up to 1.8 cm to 2 cm which can be any day from date and to date 20 after seeing the ovulation you need to take and trigger shot then the IUI is done at 36 hours

IUI procedure is done in single sitting on the day of ur ovulation. Consultation is necessary at first for complete history , examination and investigations and then accordingly the procedure day is planned.

IUI procedure itself takes 2 to 3 hrs but a patient requires frequent visits to the clinic ffrom her 2nd day of cycle till the procedure for ovarian stimulation medicine and ovulation study
