Regarding itchy skin and bumps

I've recently started to get these really itchy bumps on my back and chest. They usually contain some yellowish semisolid paste like pus. I would like to know what should I do to get rid of them and also some tips to ease the irritation would help. I am unable to attach an image due to app's bug

Actually there are several conditions in which these kind of symptoms patients complaining in most cases have to check is it along hair follicles or not in both conditions treatment line is different.my suggestions for you avoid excessive sweating,wet clothes use good moisturizer.
