Is x ray enough to rule out rib fracture? In my x ray there is broken rib but I still feel pain and tenderness after 90 days.No pain on deep breathing or sneezing only minor on some specific movement.

If it is already 90 days old, then nothing to do. It will heal. If still if you are uncomfortable get CT chest and consult a doctor nearby.
