My doctor has advised me to take injection Proluton 500 mg 1 M. What does that mean?? And why I've been advised to take it? How many doses I've to take of this injection

It is I am or intramuscular Question why you have been advice to take it has to be put forth to the doctor advising it It is used to support pregnancy In patients who have conceived after treatment Who have bleeding in initial months Who have had  a history of abortions
