Sir/Madam, My son aged 28 has an increase of Monocytes from previous blood report of January 2025 to current one i.e.10.5 to 10.8. Is it normal or need medical advice?

It is not normal,  indicates underlying infection or inflammation or some autoimmune disease  even cancer. Can be high due to intense physical activity   even stress. Consult online with details of your son's symptoms.
