Two months is too short a time to draw any inference You should try for natural conception atleast for a one year if your periods are regular And get an ultrasound done every three months for recurrence of hydrosalpinx Thanks

Hydrosalphinx is fluid filled tubes which blocks the ovum to pass to uterus , sometimes fluid from the tube leaks into the uterine endometrium preventing pregnancy . If your hydrosalphinx is due to pelvic infection ( PID) then course of Antibiotic is enough to clear the hydrosalphinx. Other causes are STD, Endometritis, other medical infection can cause Hydrosalphinx. Ideally the treatment for this is removal of the tubes . Before that you need to undergo some test to confirm your cure . So , whether you are cured completely , you need to do HSG test ( dye is given into the cervix ) , and X Ray is taken . or you can do diagnostic Laproscopic chromopertubation test ( ultimate test ) wherein dye is introduced and visualised directly & . In addition if there is adhesions it also can be removed .

Hello, the hydrosalphinx rarely resolve by treatment. Imaging like sonography is some times measleading inherently. I suggest to take second opinion about sonography. And if trying for child, consult fertility specialist.
