Regarding hydrosalphinx and ivf

Hai everyone i am 27 years old female trying to concieve,i was detected with hydrosalphinx and doctor said me to go for ivf,before ivf antibiotics were given and the swelling in fallopian tubes were reduced,doctor said its not necessary to remove tubes,i went through ivf 2frozen embryo was transferred and i din concieve,what is the reason is it revival of hydrosalphinx? Please suggest i am mentally very disturbed and getting scared

U need to do b/l tubal delinking before IVF Also get Ur self test to rule.out TB
