Hello there, This is regarding Nutritional shakes available in the market. One of my relative is very much suggesting to start taking Herbalife Shakes regularly for few months as a nutrition supplement as i have got multiple ailments after my  first delivery. I have migrane, menstrual discomforts, gastritis, acidity, soon infection of cold and cough, varicose veins, and anaemia(Hb 8.5). Hence all who are taking the Herbalife are saying they got benefits a lot within 2weeks. But i need something that can enhance my nutrition imbalance. But currently i am very skeptical about herbalife. Does anyone could throw some light on this if any doc actually agree with these nutritional supplements along with regular diet and medicine ? Just wanted to check from any doctor who would knowabout these in the market and how well they are increasingwith the customers joining. Please do.help me plz.. Thanks in advance.
