It's a case of sacroiliac joint pain suffering since 3 to 4 yrs...had treated earlier and got relieved but now then it occur again..what to do in this context ..please do reply asap Thanks and Regards Abhishek

First of all it is needed to be diagnosed which type of sij dysfunction is it n then to follow the exact correction of sacrum by a professional physiotherapist followed by core strengthinig. since the problem is of 4 years certain blood tests are also  essential to rule out other pathology.
