Father is 53 years old has been suffering from diabities and he is taking Glycinorm m80 medicine but I don't see much improvement may be because of not proper nutrition in food I have heard omega acid tablet would help Should my father take omega acid tablet Please suggest

Omega 3 fatty acid supplementation has no role in control of blood sugars. Get his sugars tested and share the reports here.
