ECG will not show any early signs of Heart attack in majority of the cases. A heart attack occurs due to a number of causes and managing and/or eradicating the causes helps us to prevent a heart attack An early ECG will not be useful

Ecg may be normal 15 days in some cases  before or if someone has ischemic heart disease, there may be minor ecg changes, which indicates risk of heart attack But in heart attack,  symptoms are sudden, severe and ecg changes are sudden and different.

No, it won’t show in most cases. But if the patient had a silent attack, ECG may show. Instead of thinking about how to get treatment for heart attack. Think about how to prevent it. Control your sugar, bp, cholesterol. Stop smoking and alcohol. Do regular exercise
