Regarding ecg

Iam feeling chest discomfort, mild breathlessness . So I took ECG. It is written as sinus rhythm, left atrial enlargement. What is the reason of this? What is the treatment . Is this very serious condition? Please answer

Please share the image of the ECG as well as that will give a better idea. Whatever is written on top of the ECG is NOT necessarily the diagnosis. It is the machine's interpretation and you need a doctor to read and Interpret the ecg. In any case, sinus rhythm and left atrial enlargement is not a serious condition. Sinus rhythm means your heart rhythm is normal.
