Hello..im a 16 weeks pregnant now.im getting constipation since i started my iron suppliments which was prescribed by my gynaecologist.recently i started bleeding while pooping.this is my second pregnancy,and the problem persisted in my 1st pregnancy also.then doctor gave me duphalac syrup and pilex ointment in 1st pregnancy.can i proceed with the same medication?,or do i need to consult the doctor again for the New prescription!please reply.

Take Syrup Duphalac 4 spoons at bedtime with a glass of warm water Anovate/ Smuth/ Pilex ointment for local application three times a day before and after defecation and at bedtime
