Regarding cholesterol

Recently i did a blood tests wherein found that my cholesterol level is 199 & doctor asked me to reduce. I have some questions regarding the same, Is heavy exercise regularly reduces cholesterol level? What food intake reduces cholesterol? Any other important suggestions?

Hello, You can exercise regularly for 20 to 30min  rather heavy exercise. Regarding diet, reduce oily food,  avoid reusing the oil. Have less fat nd carbohydrates with high protein and fiber diet. If u have any comorbidity then kindly  consult.
