Hi doctor, I have c section on September 20th 2021. From that time, I am giving breastfeeding to my daughter but since few days, enough milk is not generating. So doctor prescribed me GALACT Granules and LACTAIR tablet. Can I use both daily and for how many days? Pl answer.

Take Cap Lactare 2 tabs thrice daily for 10 days Drink lots of water Take a High protien diet Exclusive breastfeeding and frequent suckling will increase the milk supply.
