When I used to take blood pressure on digital BP monitor the first reading will always higher than the second and third reading.My systolic BP on first reading usually between 145- 155 range.Later readings shows systolic BP in between 135-140 range.Diastolic BP between 85-95 range.Can i control BP by exercise and diet control or will I have to take medication?
