Regarding BP
After 10 mins walk, I recorded my BP . It was 97/85 and pulse rate 120. After lying down for 10 mins, I again recorded my BP, it was 116/70 and pulse rate 72.
Symptoms include- burping, fatigue and shortness of breath while walking.
Suffering with fatty liver 1 & high triglycerides (360) also. Also having severe anxiety disorder.
May be due to anxiety disorder or even malfunctioning of bp measuring apparatus
Medication and diet modifications is advisable for high triglycerides
