Regarding annual health checkup

2025-02-04 18:37:26
Hi, My age is 34 yrs. I have been getting annual health checkup done every year which includes ECG, echo, xray, ultrasound and blood routines. I have seen some doctors say it is not good to expose our body to radiations every year. Can anyone please confirm it its not good to get annual health checkup done as we are exposing our body to radiations!

Instead of focussing on annual health checkup , focus on holistic approach towards a healthy life style, if you aren't doing this then all this annual checkup is bullshit, rubbish is of no use. And yes you don't require ECG echo xray ultrasound if there aren't any symptoms.
Next Steps
balanced diet exercise
