Two years i was diagnosed with covid and had bp issues. I have been taking telma 40 since then and my bp ranges between 120/85 - 135/92 generally. I wanted to try to reduce the dosage to telma 20 . Any suggestions if i shall do so?

Till now your diastolic BP ranges 85-92 , so dose reduction is not recommended . Continue same dose , reduce salt intake and daily 45 minutes brisk walking or exercise.

While taking telma 40 regularly if your bp comes to be between 120/85 and 135/92 then your should not reduce your dose to telma 20. Continue with telma 40 and regular monitor your bp.
