Reduce weight without gym

I have gained weight and fats within a month. My weight has been increased by 4 kgs. I want to reduce weight but joining gym is not allowed to me and also not feasible for me as I will be starting working in shifts . What should I do to reduce weight and be in proper shape.

Check your hormone levels, all in order or not, what is the reason of sudden weight gain? Reduce maida n sugar,deep fried items.Increase Fruits n veggies intake.Have small n frequent meal a day,Cut down portions of cereal. Have healthy snacks like makhna,chana,sprouts,chila.
