Hi thanks for your query. I advice u to go for low calorie diet around 2000kcal/day. Take maximum fibre based foods like cereals, whole wheat ,Brown breads,rice not plain rice, whole grains,pulses,sprouts etc along with good quality protien like chana,milk 300ml,paneer plain ,fish less red meat,take yogurt, curds, Dalia,oat also.take plant products protien .plenty of vegetables less potato & under ground vegetables but more gourd family veges.fruits all except banana, grapes, dry fruits like date, almond, nuts all types stopped.no fast,junk,oily,biriany, frief rice,no cream based foods,less processes foods more natura foods. Most imp. V to do lot of exercises like 3 kms walking jogging, free hand exercises, yoga sleep less more water no stress. Thanks
