Redrashes in groin area

2025-06-22 19:49:58
I’ve been dealing with recurring red rashes in the groin area for several months. The rashes appear where the underwear touches the skin. When I apply  antifungal cream( clobetasol propionate.05%& salicylic acid6%), they go away within 2–3 days, but they return again in just 2-3 days . The area becomes itchy, irritated.Kindly suggest a proper diagnosis and a permanent solution. Attached images for reference, please help

I dont think you are using the right cream. If it’s recurrent, it is better to get checked and consulted by a dermatologist.
Health Tips
Wear loose cotton clothes underneath and apply moisturiser till then. Avoid self prescribed steroid creams.
