Redness in half side of right eye.

For past seven days half side of my right is red. I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure or any other disease. There is no pain but i feel dryness in eye. Kindly suggest

Appears to be pterigium.pl take Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day,and consult Ophthalmologist,for further evaluation and treatment.

This is looking like inflammation on surface of eye.  Please consult ophthalmologist online or offline for management.
