Redness and burning around lips
I have redness, burning and itching around my lips since a few months now. I have visited doctors before who have indicated it as lip licking and provided steroids. However I have consciously observed that I do not lick my lips and every time I apply the steroid creams it becomes worse and the burning becomes unbearable.
I apply Vaseline for relief from the burning and redness however it is temporary and constant application is required.

Hello dear. Peri oral dermatitis can become severe if steroid creams are applied.
Avoid using make-up, and OTC products. Avoid steroid creams.
