What are the symptoms of intestine cancer? This days i m having a diet eating salad beetroot,cabbage,tomatoes,cucumber,carrot my poop also dark black reddish colour is this a sign of intestine cancer i m so scared

Hi    Your stool colour could be due to your diet only, are u having any abdominal pain , frank blood in stools , altered bowel habits such as loose stools and constipation?
