What is the reason for red vaginal discharge. It's been around 10- 15 days my periods are over. But I'm having this red discharge. Is there anything to worry or is it normal?

Red vaginal discharge other than menstual bleeding is not natural Detailed history and consultation is advisable

Are you sure that it is red vaginal discharge and not extended menstrual bleeding / withdrawal bleeding. Do you had consumed any emergency contraceptive pills . Or similar episode in past . Few investigation s will be required including Haemoglobin .And it will stop with medications . You can consult  for advice .
