There are many red spots on the back...what are they & how to cure it?? What are the medicines to be taken . Kindly tell us .... I attached the image for the reference

It's Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
