Red spots on penis and iching

I have been experiencing itching  with red spots on the head and little swelling of foreskin. Also there is a white coloured pigment inside the foreskin. I have been taking medicine for typhoid for the last 10 days . Kindly suggest some instant solutions as I'm in a remote village in Himachal due to personal reasons.
