I've been having small red spots on the head of my penis for 2 days now. It is not itching or burning but it is quite concerning for me. I am a 22 year old virgin, but I recently had oral sex with my girlfriend (who hasn't been with a guy before). I have checked images online of genital herpes, and it doesn't match what I have. I would like to know what this could be. Thank you.
