Hello doctor's, my son is 20 days old. He's suffering from red spots on face with yellow pash so please suggest me any medication. And see the attached photo.

This is neonatal acne. It is common in newborn as their skin is sensitive.Stop using soap / lotion on face. They will disappear in some time. It will not leave a scar.
