I have this red spots on both of my hands and forehead. And my right neck is also paining may be it's a swelling in cervical area I have no idea exactly. I have been taking antibiotics prescribed by my doctor. But there is no  visible progress whatsoever. Are these signs of something serious. I have not penetrative sex from past 1 year
