For last 2-3 days I noticed  some red spots on the roof of my mouth its not paining. Please give me some suggestions

Check out if its increasing. Anyehere else on the body?Any trauma? Do you smoke? Any other systemic health issues especially blood disorders? Any history of covid or dengue? Are you taking any medication?.  Its advisable to show it to your dentist or an oral medicine specialist to get it examined.
