My 1 year old son having red rashes in diaper area.. it worsen after poop and pains while cleaning. Please suggest some cream or what can be done.

Want to know more details like if he has loose motions or repeatedly he gets this... For now avoid diaper..keep the area dry.. apply eazinapi cream
