Red rash inside mouth

Hi doctor, last 2-3 days ago i have some red rash inside my mouth and its painfull. when i go to brush then sesation appear and small dots of blood appear inside the raah. last 2-3 days ago i chnage my toothe brush and eat lot of junk food. please refer the screenshot and let me know if anything serious

It may be because of trauma from rough food or brush. Warm gargles 3 time a day and mouth wash 2 time a day may help you. If not heal consult again.
