Red in tounge

Sir today I noticed that very small red in my lateral tounge it is like the little papillae is red it is not painful is anything to worry

Not very clear from your details. May be it is an Inflamed papillae. Allowing the lesions time to heal, rinsing with warm salt water and staying hydrated will help to treat inflammed papillae.
