Red Hands and Red Legs

Why do i have itching and my hands/palms turn red when i stratch? Even legs? It happens only when i scratch a little and rest of the time its normal.( Redness goes away if i stop stratching) This is happening only since last 2 days. What could be the cause?

This sign is called dermographism, it’s pointing towards urticaria , but why you r having it i important to know , once cause is eleminated it will go along with antihistamines and othr necessary measures
