Lately I am experiencing red eyes problem for past few days. I used add tears but it's not of much help. Attached an image for the same.

It appears to be conjunctivitis. However it is impossible to prescribe medications without a consultation. Please either initiate an online video consultation or see a local ophthalmologist. Consult eye specialist  . It can be allergic  conjunctivitis  very less likely dry eye. It can be Blepharitis  or  meibominitis.

You need to have an  eye checkup done to start further medication. Till you are able to reach hospital, can start an antibiotic eye drop to be on safer side.
