Hi doctor.I am 33 and unmarried.In feb 2021 I had sex with housewife without condom.I am tension.then immediately I wash my penis 3 times roughly with  soap and also open pee hole apply soap.next day i feel burning, itching around penis.after 4 days one red spot on penis gland.I feel my penis tip hole was little wet but dont come outside anything.there are some red spots on hand,shoulder and leg like in photo.after seven days I went to hospital and do tests vdrl,hiv,hcv,hbsag and all are negative.but problem is not gone.july 2021 I took covishield vaccine then this penis tip  wet,itching gone.from jan 2022 to till again I feel same problem my penis tip little wet.urine bad smell.I had tested 4 times viral markers and all are negetive.doctor plz give me best solution sir.Thank you doctor.
