Red chilli powder in gastritis

Recently i am diagnosed with mild gastritis through endoscopy i am on treatment . I want to ask i still feel burning pain in stomach inspite of medicines . I do not eat green. Chillies garam masala etc i want to ask should I also completely leave red chilli powder in my food or i can take it in a small amount as Indian food is incomplete without red chilli powder . And if yes  it should be left till how much time . And please tell me how to cure it fast plzzzzzz

Your cutting down all types of chillies from your diet is only a part of the treatment. Similarly taking all prescribed medications regularly is also a part of the treatment. The holistic approach will be both of the above plus lifestyle modifications which includes going for walks,  not going to bed immediately after a meal, avoiding fast food as far as possible, and following all this throughout life.

So long as you have symptoms no chilly powder, proper treatment can make gastritis then can enjoy usual food
