I have this red bump on my back for the past 2 days and doesn't seem to be going, it's making me anxious , what could it be . I have attached the photos with it .

It seems to be papular urticaria or an insect bite reaction. Is there itching or pain ? Any pus discharge ? Needs detailed evaluation so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given to you accordingly.
