Visit a periodontist (gums specialist ) for your problem
U might require deep cleaning (Curretage )or other treatment depending on the severity. For that clinical and radiographical examination is required

If you are having recurrent gum swelling and pain . You need to consult your dentist. Show your gums to gums specialist and take a opinion.

till date you visit your gum specialist, as I m being gum specialist can advise to take care of your gums. Brush your teeth with ultra soft tooth brush twice in a day. Do warm water saline gargles ( one spoon of salt mixed in half glass of lukewarm water) and gargle for 4 to 5 times in a day. Clean your tongue with tongue cleaner daily. Apply Rexidine m forte gel over the gums and massage your gums properly and apply gel 2 to 3 times in a day. As you are having recurrent gums swelling, you need to check your HB, Random blood sugar level and CBC count.
