I'm facing regular urinary infection for the past 1-2 years .Common symptoms are burning sensation in vagina (while pee) ,irritating in the external area ,urge to pee frequently ,but no major amount . I have twice done a course of antibiotics but it happens again and again. I'm unmarried and not sexual active,except that I fingered myself 3-5 times. I otherwise keep a good hygiene and drink 2-3 ltrs water daily.
