I faced 3 times miscarriages. Specifically during 7-9 week. Baby does not grow. This time heart beat was there but it stopped after 2 weeks. What is the root cause of this? My AMH, thyroid, APLA test is ok. I have given test for ANA and chromosome abnormalities but report has not come yet. Please guide me is it placenta insufficiency?

There can be multiple causes. You need to be thoroughly investigated.

No it is not because of placental insufficiency As placental function starts after 12 weeks karyotyping of both the partners and the products of conception should have been done

90 percent first trimester miscarriages are due to chromosomal defects or auto immune condition. Placental insufficiency is unlikely to be the cause.
