Recurrent miscarriage

Need help and suggestions, from past one year, facing challenge to conceive.2 recurrent miscarriage within 1.5 month, 2 month. Pattern is like case 1: whenver i opted follicular study with 5 day tab Letroz 2.5 mg..no conception. Case 2:  It was happened twice Sept 22 & jan23 not took letroz and not performd follicular study but conceived ,in this case no postive result in urine till 10 days. but in blood test hcg counts were low like 66 and 33. recent one hcg counts in1st report 33, in 2d report after 48 hour 55, in 3rd report after 1 week 980 , in 4th report after one more week 3500..sac was visible around 50 day after Lmp (1jan 23). Got miscarriage on 4th mar. Done various bloods report and hsg in Dec22.amh is satisfactory 2.80 . All other things like serum prolactin, fsh,LH,E2,testostrone, progestrone, tsh, CRP everything in range. I have read some article abt recurrent miscarriage are happened due to blood clots or genetic issue. Now what should i do ? Wt all other tests need do?

Bhcg less than 100 is not confirmatory for pregnancy So according to what u hv mentioned U were pregnant only once U can connect online fr a detailed explanation n the list of investigations required n what medication n precautions to b kept in mind once u conceive
