Past history of trauma (2 yrs back) with history of left shoulder dislocation 1~ Irregularity of posterosuperior margin of head of humerus seen with altered MR signals s/o Hill Sach's. 2~T2 and PD hyperintensity seen in supraspinatus tendon at musculo-tendinous junction s/o tendinopathy 3~ T2 and PD hyperintensity s/o fluid signals seen in subcoracoid region 4~ rest of rotator cuff tendons appear normal in morphology and signal intensity. 5~ glenoid labrum appears normal in morphology
