I am getting recurrent abscess in groin area.I have  been prescribed antibiotics like Augumentin 625 and ointment each time. EVen after taking antibiotics each time it reoccurs. Kindly advise is it cause for concerns how to prevent it from reoccuring.

Better to surgical excise and clear the infection fully... Antibiotics are not indicated in a clear case of abscess.. only incision and drainage surgery wil help
