Some part of rectum coming out while pooping I pushed it inside. currently no pain no itching currently taking tryptomer 25 mg and lonazep.0.5 for sleep disorder and anxiety. do i need to worry?

It is more likely that you have 2nd degree piles. Rectum being pushed out is rare. However you should consult a General Surgeon for the final diagnosis and further management
